Social Media Specialist

Our Company, Kaiste Ventures Limited is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team.

The Social Media Specialist will focus on managing our social media platforms, building and executing our social media strategies, generating and publishing daily content, optimising company pages on various platforms, moderating user-generated contents, etc.

He / she will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost sales. The Specialist will also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Qualification – Social Media Specialist

• A bachelor's degree (Minimum of 2^nd Class Lower) in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Relevant training and certifications such as those from Google, HubSpot, or Hootsuite will be added advantages.
• A strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their features. Must be able to create and optimize profiles, post content, and engage with audiences effectively on these platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation. Must possess writing and editing skills for creating engaging text content, as well as the ability to create or oversee the creation of multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
• Ability to engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage the community effectively.
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visually appealing content
• Experience in developing and executing social media marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals. This includes setting objectives, defining target audiences, and planning content calendars.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills essential for creating compelling content and engaging with the audience.
• Must be creative and able to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas is a significant asset.
