DHAEWOOD AVIATION BUSINESS SCHOOL (DABS) is a private professional training institution whose major objective is the promotion of quality training in aviation/travels and tourism industry, so that the various stake holders- airlines, travel agencies and aviation related organizations will solve their human resources/capital problems, these problems which has been creating set back to the aviation/travels and tourism industry. Since the inception of the institution in 2005, it has achieved this laudable objective in a very large dimension.

The institute also caters for the professional needs of many ambitious school leavers by providing them excellent and quality training, such that makes them easily employable in the aviation/travels and tourism industry, anywhere in the world.
Furthermore, it caters for the needs of the working and business class students/tight scheduled individuals who cannot leave their jobs for further studies, by providing both full-time-part-time courses and self study (learn at your pace) programs in aviation, transport and tourism.

We also have special advanced programme available for matured, business-minded professionals who intend to set up, operate airlines, travel agencies, tourism companies, accommodation and hotel business, and allied organizations. At the institute we also offer some specialist courses in management, strategic planning, strategic marketing & sales, business planning, business management, these are specifically designed for managers at different levels of an organization, operational staff of travel agencies, airlines and other aviation/travels and tourism allied organizations that need adequate knowledge of business strategic management for improved performance.

Since the full establishment of the institution, it has trained and graduated hundreds of students, most of whom are now at different management levels in the various airlines, travel agencies, shipping companies, air freight or cargo companies, seaports, customs, airports, international hotels and in various commercial organizations including government departments. Some are even self- employed as Directors or Chief Executives in their own companies.

Our instructors/lecturers are certified professionally by international air transport association [IATA], an organization which has been working with airlines civil aviation authorities, airports and air navigation services providers globally for more than 60 years. We also prepare our students for the IATA external diploma examinations, recognized worldwide.
DABS also have training relationship with universities/colleges/schools abroad- Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Australia and the Oceania. The purpose of these relationships is to enable the institute offer the best quality in aviation/travels & tourism training.

Till date, DABS has trained and graduated hundreds of students successfully in its various training programs. The institution is presently managed by a team of IATA certified professionals headed by the Director of studies, Dawodu Gabriel [IATA/UFTAA/FIATA INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL], who is an aviation/travels and tourism training Consultant.
