Applied Engineering Technology Initiative Limited (AETI) is an engineering consulting company involve in the delivery of technical training programs, recruitment of technical personnel, carrying out technical consulting services as well as outsourcing of technical personnel.

AETI was established after a thorough research into the human capital development requirements of companies in the manufacturing, maritime, transport/logistics, engineering/technical services, oil and gas, and the telecommunication industries in Nigeria. Our objective is to bridge the gap between the skills and knowledge of the graduates of educational system and what the industries require, thereby providing competent personnel that will operate, maintain and carry out repairs in the most professional way for the various sectors of the economy as specified above.

We have been established also, to provide cost effective engineering technology solutions for the manufacturing, maritime, engineering/technical service, oil and gas and the telecommunications industry in Nigeria. Our approach in technical training revolves around professionalism, sound theoretical foundation of the subject matter (area in focus, equipment and facilities), enhanced by extensive hands-on practical exercises and simulation of the applicable equipment by our very experienced instructors.

A team of experienced electrical, automation and mechanical engineers/trainers have been carefully selected to run the training unit of this company which has been established to meet the present day technical capacity requirements, while experienced team of engineers are handling the design, construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance of engineering facilities around Nigeria.
