Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association

Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA) is the umbrella organization of employers in the Organised Private Sector of Nigeria. It was formed in 1957 to provide the forum for the Government to consult with private sector employers on socio-economic and labour policy issues. 

Over the years, NECA has contributed to the growth and competitiveness of businesses in Nigeria through capacity building programmes on various broad themes and we've consistently delivered measurable results. Whether it's leadership development, technical training, or soft skills enhancement, we've seen our clients achieve higher productivity, greater employee satisfaction, and ultimately, improved bottom-line results.Our programmes include Open (scheduled), Enterprise and Policy-Based Programmes and Bespoke programmes for organisations. 

We plan, develop and organise training programmes for employees of member and non-member companies. All programmes are designed to meet corporate objectives.
