Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Training School

The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) was established in 1956, known then as the Nigerian Building Society (NBS), a joint venture of the Commonwealth Development Corporation and the Federal and Eastern Governments of Nigeria.

The FMBN training school was established in February 2009 and officially opened for training in August same year to serve as a learning and development institute in mortgage banking in the country.

Equipped with the best selection of resource persons, facilities and equipment, the school organizes training programmes for staff, PMI’s, estate developers and state housing corporations on global best practices in mortgage operations.

No fewer than 35 government and private firms across the country have also made use of our state of the art facilities to hold seminars, workshops and retreats at very moderate charges.
