A 2 to 5 Days duration training course, depending on current skill levels and preferences of participants.

This training is designed to challenge participants to think through common and less common problems using a structured problem-solving process in order to generate new and original solutions. The training will provide participants with the knowledge, tools and techniques to be better at solving problems effectively and efficiently collaboratevily with others.
