Building, Managing and Leading a High Performance Team

Event description: Discovering individual potential/capability of members of a team needs specialized skills. Managing and retaining high fliers also requires socialised skills otherwise those skills will not show up or be wasted. This training will focus on discovering the latent potential of individual member of a team so that fusion of the aggregation of the skills will be made possible.
