Disaster Risk Reduction

The Disaster and Risk Reduction program aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of disaster reduction principles, risk assessment, preparedness, response, and recovery. Participants will explore different types of disasters, their causes, and the social, economic, and environmental factors that contribute to vulnerability. They will also gain insights into the key principles and frameworks of disaster risk management, including the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction.
