Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course has been created for professionals who want to get more familiar with the values of the Lean Six Sigma certification. Also, as Yellow Belt in the most basic level of Lean Six Sigma, those individuals can still work professionals who are qualified in the green and black belt.

Modules

This course will cover the following major topics:

• Relate LSS concepts to business objectives.
• Identify waste within the value stream.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively analyze and present data.
• Define and apply team leadership tools.
• Collect and process customer input/requirement.
• Identify key metrics for measuring success.
• Define the DMAIC process.
• Effectively use tools and concepts associated with each phase of the DMAIC process.
• Employ Lean Six Sigma skills in process improvement projects.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded Cynet East Africa Consultancy certificate.
