Emotional Intelligence has become an indispensable skill in today's professional landscape.  This course focuses on developing essential skills for building effective relationships, leading teams, and managing diverse personalities in the workplace. The training aims to enhance work productivity by improving participants' emotional intelligence.

At the end of this training, participants will learn to recognize and leverage their own emotional intelligence abilities and emotional social intelligence competencies for professional success and as potential organizational leaders.   • Empathy: Cultivate the ability to understand and empathize with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Practice active listening, perspective-taking, and recognizing emotions in others.
  • Social Skills: Enhance communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities. Focus on effective teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Motivation: Explore techniques to inspire and maintain self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges or setbacks.
  • Application in the Workplace: Implement EI strategies in real workplace scenarios. Practice using EI to manage conflicts, lead teams, make decisions, and build better professional relationships.
  • Feedback and Growth: Encourage a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement. Develop strategies to receive and give feedback empathetically and effectively.
