The program introduces the eight quality management principles on which the quality management system (QMS) standards of the ISO 9000 series are based. It also covers the six practical quality tools required by quality inspection agencies such as SON, NAFDAC, NCAA, DPR, etc., supplier capabilities, process capabilities (including statistical process control (SPC), humansigma, total supply chain, customer service and overall system quality, and provides complete guidance – quality common body of knowledge (CBOK) – for international professional quality certifications.
