Administrative and Office assistants are key part of most office environments. They work quietly in the background, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. They are mostly used to run office administrative functions ranging from handling and maintaining records to logistics planning, thereby supporting other functions to deliver results.  In addition, records management is of critical importance to the efficient functioning of any organization. Therefore, being able to quickly obtain the needed records will greatly improve the operations of any organization.

This course on Administrative Support and Records Management Skills for Office Assistants will equip participants with the necessary tools required for efficient and effective delivery of administrative and records management functions.  Practical approach will be deployed to ensure retention of acquired knowledge.
