Employees must learn to comply with rules established by their organizations, the government, regulatory agencies, etc. In addition to the increasing monetary penalties on organizations for non-compliance, there are potential criminal sanctions and civil liability that make corporate compliance one of the most important issues facing companies today.  This program will give participants an overview of the field of "corporate compliance" — its brief history, the components of an effective compliance program, and related issues.
