Good first impression is everyone’s business in any organization and drivers are not excluded. In most cases, drivers have the first contact and sometimes the final contact with customers. With excellent service etiquette, customers (internal and external) will ultimately affect the organization’s bottom line positively.

At the end of this course, participants will understand service etiquettes and how it benefits an organization as well as personal image. This course will also give insight into the demeanors of drivers and how that positive attitude can be generated while emotionally connecting to the job of excellent service delivery. Also, at the end of this training, participants will have a full understanding of how attitude, age and experience affect driving skills, hence the need for effective wheel management for safe arrival.
