Building a Team: Leading for Success Course

During recruitment, employees are considered on individual basis.  But there is no such perfect individual and so it requires a team to achieve the vision, mission and goals of an organisation.  This course is designed to examine what it takes to build a functional and successful team. Individual characteristics that make up a team will be examined also and at the end of this 5-day programme, participant will the equipped with the skills required to function effectively in a team. We will also examine the stages of team building with their different support and function skills. It is recommended for Managers and supervisors whose main responsibilities include analysing the strengths and weaknesses of their team in relation to their goals and providing the motivation and skills to achieve those goals
